About The Role

Your role as Marketing Manager:

We’re looking for a strategic and creative marketer to join our established Marketing team.

As (Senior) Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in helping the agency achieve its ambitions; delivering tactical initiatives to drive brand awareness and enhance the agency’s reputation with its key audiences. Maintaining a consistent brand voice across all channels and campaigns.

From thought leadership development and social media strategy, to managing events and crafting award entries, this is a varied role with the opportunity to make an impact.

You will be a team player who works effectively across all levels of the business and has the ability to rally resources and ensure project deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery and activation of IDHL’s Marketing strategy, aligning initiatives with business goals and adapting to market changes
  • Develop thought leadership materials designed to effectively engage clients, prospects and participate in industry conversation
  • Identify relevant industry awards and coordinate submissions that showcase the agency’s strengths
  • Develop a robust social media strategy to amplify our agency’s thought leadership and drive brand awareness and engagement across audiences of talent; clients; prospects and industry
  • Overseeing internal and external events, such as webinars, client events, or industry conferences, to promote IDHL’s services and foster relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Work closely with teams across the agency to deliver successful outcomes

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in similar role
  • Understanding of the advertising landscape, market trends, and competitive positioning
  • Strong strategic and creative thinker, with the ability to translate ideas into actionable marketing plans
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • A keen eye for detail, with the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in managing social media channels
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-Orientated and commercially minded
